Privacy Policy

Who we are
FSA Blueprint, operated by PITCHPERFECTCLOSE LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), 2345 E Thomas Rd Ste 100, #333, Phoenix, AZ 85016, United States.
This policy explains what we collect when you visit this site or submit an application, why we collect it, who it is shared with, and what you can ask us to do about it. Questions about anything below go to raph@emberteam.co or +1 480-418-4868, Attn: FSA Blueprint.
SMS and mobile information
We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. The phone number you give us on the application, and your consent to be contacted on it, are not sold, rented, or passed to anyone else for their own marketing. They stay with us and with the service providers named below that handle it on our behalf, and those providers may use it only to help us contact you about your application.
If you give us your phone number, our team may contact you about your application by phone call or by text message. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, and standard carrier charges are yours to pay. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send, and reply HELP if you need help. Opting out of text messages does not withdraw an application you have already submitted, and it does not stop us reaching you at the email address you gave us — write to raph@emberteam.co if you would rather we did not contact you at all.
What we collect
Information you give us. Our application form is hosted by Typeform. What you type into it comes to us — at minimum your email address and phone number, along with your answers to the application questions.
Information collected automatically. When you arrive from an advertisement, this page records how you got here so we can tell which advertisements produce applications. Specifically:
- a randomly generated identifier for your visit (we call it
lead_id) — it is not derived from your name, email or any other personal detail - the Meta click identifier (
fbclid) present in the link you followed, and Meta’s own_fbpand_fbccookies - campaign parameters carried in the link —
utm_source,utm_medium,utm_campaign,utm_term,utm_content,ad_id,campaign_idandadset_id - the page you landed on, the referring website if there was one, and the time of your first visit
- how you interacted with this page — page views, how far you scrolled, how long you stayed, whether you played the video and how much of it you watched, and which button you clicked
We do not ask for, and this site does not collect, payment card details, government identifiers, or any special category of personal data.
How this information is stored on your device
The advertising information listed above is kept in a first-party cookie and in your browser’s local storage, both under the name rl_attr, for 90 days from your first visit. It is first-party: it is set by this site, not by an advertiser, and it is readable only by this site. Meta’s _fbp and _fbc cookies are set alongside it and are governed by Meta’s own policy. Clearing your browser storage for this site removes all of them.
Why we use it
- To process your application — to review what you submitted and decide whether it is a fit.
- To contact you about that application — by email or phone, using the details you gave us on the form.
- To measure advertising — to match an application back to the advertisement that produced it, so we can tell which advertisements are worth running. This is the reason the automatic collection above exists.
Advertising and analytics
Meta Pixel and Conversions API. We use both the browser-side Meta Pixel and the server-side Meta Conversions API. The same event is reported through both paths carrying a shared identifier, so that Meta counts it once rather than twice.
When you submit an application, our server sends Meta a conversion event. Your email address and phone number are hashed with SHA-256 before that transmission and are never sent to Meta in readable form. Hashing happens on our server, not in your browser. That event also carries Meta’s _fbp and _fbc cookie values, your browser’s user-agent string, and the campaign parameters listed above. It deliberately does not include an IP address: that submission reaches us from Typeform’s servers, so the only IP available to us is Typeform’s and not yours. Meta’s handling of what it receives is governed by Meta’s Privacy Policy.
Google Analytics 4. Page views and the interaction events listed above are also sent to Google Analytics, together with the campaign parameters, so the same measurement can be read outside Meta’s reporting. We do not send your email address or phone number to Google. Google’s handling is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
Video. The videos on this site are hosted and played by Vidalytics, which records playback activity such as whether a video was started and how much of it was watched.
Who receives your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s independent advertising. It reaches the following service providers, each only for the purpose named:
- Typeform — hosts the application form and receives your answers, together with the advertising parameters listed above, which are passed to the form as hidden fields.
- Meta Platforms — receives conversion and interaction events for advertising measurement, with email and phone hashed as described above.
- Google — receives analytics events. No email or phone number.
- Vidalytics — hosts the videos and records playback activity.
- Vercel — hosts this website and processes the requests your browser makes to it.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or to establish or defend legal claims.
[If a CRM, an email platform, or an SMS/messaging provider is added, name it in the list above at the same time the integration ships — not before. None is wired today and none may be claimed until it is. The carrier-mandated no-sharing statement is no longer pending: it is published in “SMS and mobile information” above, ahead of the outreach it covers.]
How long we keep it
- Advertising identifiers on your device — 90 days from your first visit, then they expire on their own.
- Applications — kept while we are considering or corresponding with you about your application, and afterwards only as long as we need them for our own records and legal obligations. [COUNSEL FLAG — Confirm the retention period and state it here as a definite number.]
- Measurement data held by Meta and Google — retained under those companies’ own schedules, which we do not control.
Your rights and how to opt out
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to raph@emberteam.co and we will respond. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights — including the right to object to processing, and the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
To stop the advertising measurement described above:
- clear this site’s cookies and local storage in your browser, which removes
rl_attrand Meta’s cookies; - use your browser’s settings to block third-party cookies, or a content blocker, either of which stops the Meta and Google scripts from loading;
- adjust your ad preferences with Meta directly, and opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s opt-out add-on.
Opting out does not remove an application you have already submitted. Ask us to delete it and we will.
Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, write to raph@emberteam.co and we will delete it.
International transfers
The service providers named above operate in the United States and elsewhere, so your information may be processed outside the country you live in. [COUNSEL FLAG — Confirm which transfer mechanism applies and state it here.]
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page, and the revised version applies from the date it is posted. If a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will contact you at the email address on your application.
